How to resolve account disabled issue in App Store and iTunes?

When "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there is an issue with the payment method.

Check your payment method in Settings ➢ [your name] ➢ Payment & Shipping, ensure it’s valid and update if needed. Also, sign out and back into your Apple Account, then try again.

If it still fails, contact Apple Support directly.

Eg: says:

"Request reactivation through Apple Support.

If you see a message that says "Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled", request reactivation for help."
