MacBook Neo order still processing on estimated delivery date

I ordered a MacBook Neo 512 Citrus on September 17th, it says delivery October 2nd-9th. Today is the 2nd and it’s still processing. Is anyone else having the same issue??

Check the shippers' tracking. I had an MacBook Pro held up last year in US Customs in Alaska. I found our by using the shipper's tracking data.

How do I find that? I don’t have a tracking number or anything at the moment. I don’t even have an invoice yet. It’s still processing through apple. I figured it would of shipped by now seeings as the delivery date is today - the 9th
