All app pages disappeared on on iphone 18 pro from the home screen

I just got my iPhone 18, transferred all apps from the previous iphone. I did had issue with my iPhone 14 Pro last year that all the app pages disappeared from the home screen while I was play around with the shortcut settings. To make things simple, I pulled all the apps from the app library. After that, the previous app pages would come back and disappear from time to time randomly. And I basically had two sets of apps on my home screen on the iPhone 14 pro.

After I finish the app transferring from the iPhone 14 pro to iPhone 18 pro, both sets of the apps were being transferred as it was. So I started to organize the apps and removed some repeated apps on the screen. It seems all fine until I fund one app was not on the screen. I simply when to the library to pull that app out.

As soon as I pull that app to the home screen, all other app pages disappeared and I had no way to get all these app pages back. I tried different ways that the every method posed online.

However, yesterday I fund another app was not functioning after transferred over. So I decide to delete and re-download it. As soon as I download that app again, all other app pages appeared back to my home screen. So I thought the problem solved.

But today after one night charging the phone, I found all the previous app pages were all gone again!

I am not understanding why this is happening? Does anyone else have that happen to their iPhone?

This only happen to my iPhone 14 pro and now happen to iPhone 18 pro. The difference is the 14 pro app pages comes back on and goes away it's own randomly. And this 18 pro comes back when I download a app, goes away after charging or pull an app from the library.

If anybody knows how to solve this problem, please advise. Thanks
