Your phone is not hacked.

Where do you see 17.3? You are not looking at Analytics are you? That is useless to you. You need special software to read the code and special training to interpret the results.

I can’t use my hotspot

Hotspot in an option that is controlled by your carrier. Contact support at your carrier for help on this.

Banal as it might be, “iPhone17,3” (no spaces) is the model identifier assigned to iPhone 16. Apple assigns model identifiers to related iPhone models, though that article refers to these model identiers as “Hardware Strings”

If your hotspot is unavailable, contact your carrier, as hotspot is a carrier feature.

As for your iPhone being hacked, well, yes, it is entirely possible your iPhone is hacked. It is also possible that this hack is exceedingly difficult to detect, that the hack renders logging and analytics scans ineffective, and the hack could well be an extremely expensive and sophisticated one. But you’re probably not actually hacked. It’s very unlikely you’re hacked, particularly with an iPhone 16 on a current iOS version. However, proving a negative — that a non-trivial device such as an iPhone is not hacked — is exceedingly difficult. It’s also difficult to ascertain how much risk you personally might be under, and who and how well-funded might your potential adversaries be. So the possibility of being hacked always exists. Yeah, you probably din’t want this answer.
