App Store Bug – Apps Are Not Updating Automatically

Dear Apple Support Team,

I would like to report an issue with the App Store. My apps are not updating automatically, even though automatic app updates are enabled in my settings.

The apps remain outdated and only update when I manually open the App Store and update them myself. I have already checked that Automatic Updates is enabled, but the issue still persists.

Could you please investigate whether this is a known bug with the App Store or iOS and advise me on how to resolve it?

This usually happens due to a caching glitch or a stuck app update in the App Store.

Try restarting your iPhone, signing out and back into the App Store or deleting and reinstalling the app.

If it continues, check for the latest iOS update or reset network settings to clear the issue.

In addition, you can provide a little more detail about the device(s) involved and version of OS. Someone might be able assist.

None of those things help. I have do this task manually which seems low tech. Why I've always had to do this since it should be a trivial task for the Apple Geniuses.
