Troubleshooting iCloud Photos to Google Photos Transfer:

A. Force Restart your iPad:

B. Delete or Turn Off VPNs:

Have any VPNs turned on? If so, delete them. Turn them off, however, if required for school ro work.

C. Turn Off Cellular or WiFi:

If Cellular is turned on, then turn it off WiFi, and vice-versa.

D. Clear the Caches (System Data):

Sometimes, caches cage get in the way, which make your iPad operate slower from lots of storage use. How to clear them is no different than doing so using an iPhone: Back up your iPad to a commuter (Mac or PC), and then restore your iPad from the backup you've just created.
