When using the camera on my iPhone 13, the camera will come on as normal but will within 2 seconds freeze, refocus, work for 2 seconds and repeat. The settings are HD resolution when it breaks. If I set to 4K resolution and 60 fps it works as expected.
I have had this issues for over a year, resetting the settings back to default multiple times because that resolves the issue for a month or so.
any solutions out there? Thanks.

Please have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
