Typically your CVV is a three digit number on the back of your credit card. Are you trying to add a payment card to your Apple Wallet?

credit and debit card details are not stored on your device. You’ll need to refer to the back of the card for details.
The "card verification value" CVV is one of various names for a separate usually three or four digit code associated with your payment card.
Other names for this code that can be shown on a payment card include "card security code" (CSC) and "card validation code" (CVC). There are other names.
If you want to learn more about this code, or are unable to find this code on your particular payment card, here are examples of the code on a payment card, or check with your bank.
If this is an Apple Card titanium, here is how to find the card numbers including the CVV:
AFAIK, iOS 26 and iOS 27 can potentially allow access to the payment card details using autofill, or by saving the card details, or by using a virtual payment card number, but this all depends on the setup. But looking up the info on the payment card itself — other than Apple Card — is usually easier to describe. (info)
When I look in Settings > Apps > Safari > Auto Fill > security code is not shown. If I use Auto Fill to checkout the security code field is either blank or populated with dots and the code is not available. Where exactly is it available?
