Static in left ear of Beats Studio Pro

My Beats Studio Pro (Model A2924, Firmware 2C301) were purchased within the last year and for the past month the left side has loud static if I use Noise Cancellation or Transparency. I reset them, did not fix it. I turned off Personalized Spatial Audio - still did not fix it. From what I've read, this is a known issue but Apple will not replace them or fix them if it's been more than 90 days.

So - what other brand are we buying? Hopefully one with tech support and a reasonable warranty?
