Very simple answer... there’s no way for you to find any of that information out.

So it sounds like you purchased a compromised Apple gift card from a retail store who keeps their gifts cards on racks out in the open. There is an epidemic of fraud going on all over the world in which thieves shoplift cards from those racks, open them up, copy the redemption codes, then reseal the card and return it to the rack. You then buy the card, the clerk activates the card for you, and the thieves immediately redeem the card before you do. And you are out the money. Sorry for the bad news.

Try the following steps:

1. Open the Wallet app.
2. Click the Account card.
3. Look for an entry that reads: "Added to Balance".
4. Click on that entry to reveal the date and time the gift card was redeemed.
