My App Store is in a different language than its suppost to be.

Im from Portugal and I speak Portuguese so I put my region and language settings to Portugal and Portuguese but for some reason only the App Store is in a different language, German.

I have tried to Reset the IPhone and do all of the IPhone configuration steps again but it just keeps happening, the App Store is always in German.

Have in mind my IPhone is a IPhone 12 Pro Max, I dont know if that matters or not.
