If you are saying that you can connect your Signia hearing aids via Bluetooth, but you cannot connect them via MFi, there may be some confusion regarding the terminology. You may actually mean Wi-Fi or MiFi, rather than MFi.
Also, connecting to Wi-Fi does not necessarily mean that you are connected to the Internet. Wi-Fi simply establishes a connection between your device and a local network or router. That network may or may not have an active Internet connection.
Similarly, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and MFi serve different purposes. Bluetooth is a wireless communication technology, Wi-Fi connects a device to a local network, while MFi (Made for iPhone/iPad) is Apple's hearing-aid compatibility and communication framework. Therefore, being able to connect through Bluetooth does not automatically mean that the hearing aids support or are properly paired through Apple's MFi hearing-aid functionality.
