Airpods disconnects while useing mic and trying to play voice msg/file

Hey there! Recently I've been faceing an issue with my AirPods Pro, Model number A3063, Firmware version 9A348. So I bought new Iphone 17 and these airpods around 3 month ago and everything was good. Then I updated IOS to 27 and noticed this issue. Basically whenever I use mic to record voice msg for eg in telegram, viber or even voice memos, and then I try to play it, it bugs, literally breaks everything and it doesnt play the audio, nothing working in terms of sound and also in control pannel i can see my AirPods blinking like it disconnects and reconnects all the time. While calls it works OK, and also I can watch youtube, tiktok etc. It appears only when you use mic then you try to play it. Anyone here know how to fix and what to do? I already tried reset airpods.
