Before iOS 27, when I set my phone and Apple Watch to sleep focus mode, I would not get haptic notifications if someone left a voicemail. However, now after installing iOS 27, this is no longer working properly and I've woken up by a haptic notification if someone leaves a voicemail while my watch and iPhone are in sleep focus mode. I hope this will be fixed by Apple soon

This sounds like a Sleep Focus notification issue in iOS/watchOS 27, especially since it worked correctly before the update.
Check Settings -> Focus -> Sleep -> People/Apps and make sure Phone/voicemail notifications aren’t allowed through.
