My photo lost help me
my 15000 photo was lost because I didn’t buy the monthly subscription how i can to restore my kids photos 😢😢

It sounds like you are telling us that you didn't want to pay for enough iCloud+ storage to use iCloud Photos, or to make iCloud backups that included photos. As a consequence, your 15,000 photos exist only on your phone, or on whatever device (like a computer) you might have imported them to, or backed them up to, manually.
I hope you are backing up your photos using some method (even if it's not iCloud Photos or iCloud backups) – as putting all copies of your photos into a single basket (a phone) is a good way to lose all of your photos.
What happened to the local copies of your photos on your phone itself?
If you still have the phone, and haven't locked yourself out of it by entering too many wrong passcodes, you could check the Recently Deleted album, and recover any photos found there. You may also want to check whether you have accidentally hidden photos on your iPhone.
