How to restore a locked personal profile in Safari on Mac?

I'm using MacOS 26.6.2 on a 16-inch, 2019 MacBook Pro with 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 & AMD Radeon Pro 5600M 8 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB & 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4. The issue involves SAFARI Version 26.6.2 (21624.5.1.11.3).

After spending a considerable amount of time creating PROFILES for specific purposes, including a locked PERSONAL PROFILE, The locked personal profile was moved to a tab group and is no longer locked, and I cannot find a way to restore the TAB GROUP to a locked PRIVATE PROFILE.

What is the point of designing features into Safari that are not persistent; are unreliable and make the SAFARI application not suitable for professional use?

How can this feature be reactivated in a non-convoluted, obscure process?
