Hi,
There's such thing as an iPad Air 17.
However, for the last few years all iPads including iPad Airs (currently at 8th generation 11" and 3rd generation 13") have come with a USB port of the USB-C type.
You can use any USB-C to USB-A cable or adapter to connect the iPad to a power brick that has USB-A ports.
