Hi,
You can cancel your Apple order online through the Apple Order Status page as long as it has not yet reached the "Preparing to Ship" or "Shipped" status.
Steps to Cancel Online
- Go to the Apple Order Status page.
- Sign in with your Apple Account, or enter your order number along with your email address or postal code.
- Find your order and select the item you want to cancel.
- Choose Cancel Item and confirm your request.
- The status will change to Canceled once submitted successfully.
What to Do If It Already Shipped
- If the cancel option is no longer visible, the item is already being prepared or has shipped.
- Wait for the package to arrive, then refuse delivery or initiate a standard return within 14 days of receipt.
- Alternatively, you can contact Apple Support directly by phone for immediate assistance.
