How would Users here know? YOU have the ability to examine the hardware in detail, we do not.
Full height Vertical artifacts correlate closely with display issues alone, not computer or cabling issues.
Displayed images are transmitted as a series of packets containing data for Rows of dots, and the only way we see horizontal anywhere is by stacking up those Rows absolutely perfectly.
The usual test that sheds light on this is to capture an internal screen shot, and if the artifact is not present when viewing the screenshot image in a different way, the problem is far more likely to be in the display.
Modern displays may have a screen controller and a display buffer as well, and those components could be the source of your symptoms. It does not look like the array is having a problem "doing what it is told", but that is impossible to tell from my armchair.
