Mailbox subfolders not showing up when moving an email.

Hi! In the Mail app under any mailbox, if I click on an email, and click the folder button to add it to a subfolder, the list of subfolders is blank. Usually, there would be a list including the current inbox and subfolders associated with that inbox. If you press on the screen where the folders hsould be, it will add it to whatever folder is usually in that spot, but you can see the labels. How do I fix this?

Hi there,

Did you activate Reduce Transparency in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size? If so, there is a bug in iOS that prevents the folder list to be displayed.

If you are using Reduce Transparency and would prefer to keep it everywhere, you could disable it just for the Mail app. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Per-App Settings, add the Mail app, tap Mail, tap Reduce Transparency and choose Off.

Please report this issue to Apple: Product Feedback - Apple. The more feedback they get, the more likely the issue will be fixed.
