AirPods Pro eartips fall out and are not available for purchase

My older Air Pods Pro kept falling out of my ear, even with the smallest eartips, but were useful if I didn’t move around. Now come to find that Apple does not even sell eartips for that model, so I have to chuck the things entirely. Switching to Shokz, which are lower in cost, fit over may ear, and most importantly don’t have rubber tips that may be obsoleted before the actual product stops working.
