How do I retrieve a lost Apple Card from my iPhone?

Assuming that you’re signed-in to the same Apple Account associated with the AppleCard.

Perform a normal, power-off restart cycle.

If that doesn’t help, try a forced restart:

If that doesn’t help, sign “out” and then back “in” to your Apple Account.

Choose “Don’t Erase”

When you tap the + button in upper left corner of screen, do you see an option to add Apple Card or to review Cards found for you?

Which of the following you missing?:

• An AppleCard Mastercard
• An AppleCash pre-paid debit card
• An Apple Account card

• Something else …

Are you in the Wallet app or Settings app?
