Unable to complete Apple Books account compliance screening

Hi, I’m trying to create an account so I can publish my book through Apple Books, but I’m getting stuck during the compliance screening portion of the account setup.

I’m not sure what is preventing me from completing the screening or if there is additional information I need to provide. Could you please help me understand what is causing the issue and what steps I need to take to complete the compliance screening and finish setting up my account?
