Issues with receiving texts on my ipad

Please keep in mind I have and Android and she has an iphone/pad

So before this problem persisted, I used to send text messages to my mother and she would receive it on her iphone and I pad

These days when I send her a message her I phone gets it but her I pad no longer does.

When it comes to everyone else, she receives both text messages on both her I phone and I pad. But when it comes to me, her Iphone is the only device he gets my messages, it is not forwarded to her ipad

I’ve tried everything AI has suggested, but nothing…..

I’ve checked the forward messaging option but that’s not the problem, it’s turned on.

I’ve checked the account solution, but all of her devices are signed into the same account

She has no blocked contacts

I’ve toggled off blocked messages, restarted I pad, and toggled back on, still nothing

I’ve deleted conversations with me and started again…nothing

I don’t know if this means anything, but I my android phone these is a option to add an emergency contact so I added my mother to the list, and I noticed that once I did this the text messages to her ipad stopped going

through.  Don’t know if that has anything to do with it or if it’s just a coincidence.
