Hide my email relay has stopped working since macOS Golden Gate 27.0.1 update

hide my email relay to email addr not working after macOS Golden Gate 27.0.1. The relay of emails had been working correctly before the 27.0.1 update. Checked spam/junk folders - nothing there. Only have 1 email addr & it's enter correctly for the sites that I use 'hide my email'

How can this be corrected?
