Gift card refund

In most regions, Gift Cards are not refundable. What you can do is contact Apple using the Support Article here and they can assist in getting that Gift Card redeemed to your account. Follow the steps in the Support Article for when a Gift Card code is unreadable.

According to Apple:

If you can't read the code on the back of your card because it's scratched or damaged, contact Apple Support. ←💳

You might need to provide:

• An image of the full front and back of your card.
• A sales receipt showing when your card was purchased.
• The serial number from your card.

Follow the instructions provided to get that damaged gift card redeemed to your Apple Account. A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card, so there will not be a replacement. The resolution will be getting the Gift Card redeemed to your Apple Account, and that is done using the provided link.
