Siri delayed on apple watch since update

Siri on Apple Watch Series 10 takes too long to respond and set timers after updating my watch and iPhone to iOS 27.

I had the same problem after turning on Siri AI.

Siri AI is great so far and can do a lot of things, but the delays and other issues I had made it impractical.

Turn off Siri, wait a minute, then turn it back on. When prompted, turn on Siri Classic instead of Siri AI.

I'll try Siri AI again later when it's more fully baked.
