In Pages (or any app with the share sheet)

Tap File > Share > More (...) > Edit > Toggle Mail app on

or

With the document open: You can use File > Export to convert and save the document to .pdf or other formats if needed.

Then (in the Mail app) you can simply add as an attachment to a Mail message

or

just drag the file's icon into a message window in Mail to attach it.

You can likely just use File > Print in the Pages app to print the document.
