Phone 18 Pro - Cinematic metadata not working with Final Cut Camera/Black MagicCamera app

I seem to be having the issue of recording with cinematic metadata with both Final Cut Camera (FCC) and also the Blackmagic Camera App (BMC).

If I record and save video to photo roll, after AirDropping a clip with full data, the folder sent only has the original clip (no "e" file). In the photo roll, I do not have the ability to toggle the cinematic mode on the clip.

When I load into Final Cut Pro, it strangely only seems to only recognize clips from BMC as ones that would have cinematic data, and whenever I click it to analyze it, a failure error comes up. Cinematic data analysis is not an option with clips from FCC.

I've tried different formats/frame rates and there is still no metadata generated.

Latest app and OS versions all around. Anyone encounter this?
