How to use wild cards in Mail Rules for sender blocking on iMac and iPhone?

iPhone :16 Pro Max - iOS 27.0.1

Are there any wild card symbols that can be used in Mail Rule's to (delete/trash) senders. Would like to use a wild card to help eliminate the Bots that constantly change server address; but the addressee stays the same.

I receive the following message when I attempt to block an eMail from the sender "You’ve reached the maximum number of blocked contacts. To block additional callers, remove a blocked contact in Settings". Attempting to delete previously blocked contacts my system locks up and needs to restart .
