Weather and Calendar apps malfunctioning after Morocco time zone change

Ever since the time zone in Morocco changed (rolled back 1 hour) both the weather and calendar app have been malfunctioning. Moroccan cities on the weather app only display the cloud or moon icon on the hourly schedule, sometimes glitching and showing overlayed text. On the calendar, some events such as birthdays and Moroccan national holidays span two days, the day of and the day before. Is there a way to fix this issue, especially the calendar one. I've tried resetting, manually setting the timezone, disabling and reenabling the associated calendars, but none have worked.
