Text style font colour in Preview PDF
Sometimes there is an error in preview Text styles. If I change a font of a text I inserted in a Preview PDF, and later change the Font, I cannot change the color...

Interesting. I just opened a PDF that I had previously created, inserted a text annotation, changed its default font to Roboto Condensed, and the color well remained. Changed the font again to Publico Text and reduced the font size, and the colorwell remained visible.
I quit Preview, and opened a different PDF, also one that I created. Same result as the first paragraph though also switching from the previous Publico Text to another font.
I do not have an explanation for your missing colorwell as I could not reproduce it here.
Tested: Preview 11.0, macOS 27.0.1
