If you’re looking to transfer ownership of the iPhone:
If you logged into somebody else’s Apple Account seeking some benefit, and they’ve then marked the iPhone as lost and are demanding a ransom, you got scammed. Recycle the phone. It’s bricked, and is not recoverable.
If you are looking to switch Apple Accounts, the logout is directly available. Settings > tap your name > scroll down to the bottom and select Sign Out. This Sign Out is available unless the iPhone is supervised or has parental controls or such engaged. Screen Time can be configured to block the logout. If Screen Time or such is enabled, talk to whoever is managing this iPhone.
