How to find my Apple Card

I get an e-mail saying I have a past due balance of $36 and I don't even remeber even having an apple card. I want to pay the balance and close and cancel the account

Be careful of Phishing Scam emails. If you didn't apply for an Apple Card, you likely don't have one. Open Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay - If you have an Apple Card, it would automatically appear as an available payment method. If it's not there, you don't have an Apple Card and you likely don't owe anyone $36.

Apple and Apple Support do not have access to your account numbers. Your Apple Card number is available in your Apple Wallet app. Please review the Apple Support article I linked below. The article has instructions for locating your card numbers.

Apple Card accounts are for a Mastercard credit card. Apple is not a bank. In 2019 Apple partnered with Goldman Sachs Bank to offer the card and related financial services.

Please contact and Apple Card specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank to determine if you have an account and if so, cancel the account.
