Reminders: is there a way to create a smart list that has a two "date" rules?

I want to create a smart list that only shows the reminders due today or those with no date set. I don't want to see reminders due in the future. I thought I might be able to do this using two rules in an "any" group. Rule 1 would be "no date" and rule 2 would be "date equals today".

Unfortunately when it comes to creating the second rule, the "date" option disappears and there is only "tags" etc.
