Disable/Hide Dynamic Island

What tips or tricks do you have to disable or hide the dynamic island? I need it to not be active (sensory issues.) The black bar i can deal with, just as long as it doesn’t populate with the apps i’m using. Or how do i hide the activity visually?

It’s my first day with iPhone 18 Pro (ios27) and i’m unfortunately really disappointed with many of its features. Considering keeping my iPhone 14 instead.
