Problem in apple health data sharing with ILtakecare app

My iPhone is not allowing to sync the apple health steps with ICICI Lombard (ILtakecare app) since first week of Oct'26. Its around the time of latest iOS update 27.0.1.

apple Health app is not showing the name of the app for data sharing.

May be this is ILtakecare app problem or apple iOS

Please sure you’ve updated the IL take care app to the latest version. Sometimes deleting the old app and reinstalling the app will resolve the issue. If it doesn’t, please contact the support team at ILtakecare and report the issue you’re experiencing.

Try deleting the app and adding it back. The first time you launch it, it should ask you about perminssions.
