Please remember that your iPhone 14 Pro Max was introduced in September 2022 and discontinued in September 2023, so your iPhone is at least 3 years old and as much as 4 years old at this point.

The battery in the iPhone 14 Pro Max was designed to go about 2 years....on average.... before it needs replacement.

What is the battery Maximum Capacity? Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging

Do you see this display on your iPhone?

It's highly likely it's past the time to have the battery replaced in an iPhone which was released in 2022, 4+ years ago. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if the health is shown as 80% or lower, it's past the time to have the battery replaced and you need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for a battery replacement at you absolute earliest convenience --> Apple Service and Repair for iPhone Battery - Apple Support

We asked what is the Maximum Capacity of the battery, but you did not answer. Can you please provide that information?

We also asked if the "overheating" message is appearing on your iPhone's screen, but you did not answer.

Was the battery replaced by an authorized Apple service shop? If it was, the name of the shop will appear when you tap on this link:

Find Locations

If the battery was replaced by an unauthorized shop, a genuine Apple battery was not installed, and the Maximum Capacity will likely not be displayed.

I’ve replaced the battery 3-4 months back. Despite that, the battery is draining fast.

Replaced the battery where exactly? By Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider (like BestBuy in the US)? If by anyone else, you don't have an authentic Apple battery in your iPhone so you'd want to go back to whoever replaced the battery if it wasn't Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Apple usually won't touch a phone which was serviced by anyone non-authorized.
