Hello~ Do you mean …turn off lost mode perhaps?

Use Lost Mode in Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support*

*Turn off Lost Mode on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch

  1. Go to icloud.com/find, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
  2. In the list of devices, select the lost device.
  3. If you have already selected a device, select All Devices or to return to the list.
  4. Select Lost, select Stop Lost Mode, then select Stop Lost Mode again.
  5. You can also turn off Lost Mode by entering your passcode on the device. If you turned on Stolen Device Protection on your iPhone, you may need to use Face ID or Touch ID.

Do you actually mean that you want to turn it back on? As in turning the power on? If so, what's keeping you from doing that? If the iPad is in good condition, plug it in for a while (in case the battery charge ran out), then turn it on the normal way.

If a truck ran over the iPad and mangled it so thoroughly it won't turn on, well, that's a different story.

If what you're really trying to tell us is that when you turn the iPad on, you encounter a "Locked to Owner" screen, or an "iPad Unavailable" screen, or something like that, you need to tell us what you are seeing.

O.k, turn it on.

Is there something preventing you from turning it on?

Can you not press the power button to turn it on?

Is it maybe out of battery power? Have you tried plugging it into power?

You need to expalain exactly what issue you are having before any one can help you.

Turn it off how? What exactly did Apple do to it?

Again, why can't you just press the power button on the iPad itself to turn it back on?

What exactly can't you do on the iPad as it is now?

Repeating the same thing, does not help us help you. Please explain exactly what the iPad is or is not doing, or in what way you are trying to turn it on, if it's not with the power button on the side of the iPad.

i notified Apple that my I pad was lost and they turned it off at their end,

Sorry, that's not something Apple does. There is nothing to turn off from Apple's end. So nothing that needs to be turned back on.

so I just need Apple to turn it back on so i can use it. it works fine i did charge it up and all the old things are on there it just won't load any new things. So I guess i need to ask Apple to activate my I Pad again. but I'm not sure how to do that

What happens when you try to load new things?

Does it issue an error? If so, what does it say?
