Scheduling personal setup for new iPad, Apple Watch, and iPhone

Personal Setup,

I just purchased an iPad, iWatch and iPhone in the official website. on the order page I had a link for a personal setup where an expert would explain features of the items. I never took the session, and the link is now gone. the items got delivered less than a month ago.

Can you help me schedule a session please.

No, we can’t. This is a user-to-user technical support community. You are addressing Apple representatives here. Try here: Contact - Official Apple Support

Or set up an appointment at an Apple Store Genius Bar, if that is an option.

In addition to booking a one-to-one Genius Bar session, Apple Stores offer many taster sessions that cover many aspects of devices and Apple Apps. These are available to book as available from Apple's Today at Apple website:

For learning at your own pace, consider reviewing the (frequently overlooked) iPad and iPhone User Guide. These are a rich source of information about your iPad/iPhone, iPadOS/iOS and many of the native Apps:

The Tips App, installed by default on all new models of iPad, provides a brief introduction to many aspects of iPad and iPhone - and leads you to the respective User Guide. In case you missed it, here is a link to the Tips App:

Apple also has a huge Apple YouTube Channel - containing videos and feature guidance:

There are also comprehensive guides for iCloud and Apple’s main productivity Apps, such as Numbers (spreadsheets), Pages (documents) and Keynote (presentations):
