I can no longer type in Word. I can open it, view my docs, and pull up a new blank document but it won't let me do anything, and most of the ribbons not the tool bar are greyed out. I purchased Office 24 Home and Business for Mac in July.

Restart Word, Macbook.
Reach out to Microsoft support or look at their help forums.
