Apple Store and iTunes account lockout

Hello. I’ve run into a problem: when trying to update or download new apps from the App Store, I get a message saying, "Your Apple Store and iTunes account has been disabled." I’ve already changed my Apple account password, but that didn’t help. Please help me resolve this issue.

iPhone 17, iOS 26

Thank you for reaching out. 🤗

When "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there is an issue with the payment method.

Check your payment method in Settings ➢ [your name] ➢ Payment & Shipping, ensure it’s valid and update if needed. Also, sign out and back into your Apple Account, then try again.

If it still fails, contact Apple Support directly.

Good Luck! 👋🏼😉
