MacBook Pro Siri stuck on 'Adding support for Siri is in progress'.

I updated my MacBook Pro (2021) to macOS 27 on the day it became available (and then to 27.0.1) and opted in for the new Siri (Beta). It has been stuck now for a month "Adding support for Siri is in progress. Siri will be unavailable until the update is complete." Both my iPhone and iPad had it available on the day of installation. Is there something I can do on my part to speed the process or correct what appears to me to be Siri being stuck?

I've tried some of the suggested "solutions", including turning Siri off, restarting and turning Siri back on. Siri remains stuck.

My M4 Air shows the same problem. A backup Mac account using the same Apple ID has the features, but my main account does not. Removing the backup account changed nothing. My iPhone gained access a day after joining the waitlist. After contacting Apple and following their guidance, the issue persists. For their convenience, they suggested waiting for an update. A new major update arrives next week; if nothing changes, I will throw the MacBook inside the Apple Store. Waste of money for a useless product.
