How do I fix 'Ask to Buy' settings app crash on iPhone?

My dad (organizer) tried to turn/toggle of the “ask to buy” setting in family settings on HIS phone and when he clicked it to turn it off, it turn it off the settings app crashed, but I need someone to find an answer to this glitch/bug or what.
