for a couples of weeks my screen will glitch when I go outside.
does anybody have a trick or solution for me?
unfortunately it’s been a little over a year that I got the phone so the warranty is over.

Same advice, have Apple inspect it with a view to a new screen, or phone.
Depending on how cold you mean, that is normal.
Has to do with the blood flow in your fingers and the operating temperature of the phone(32 degrees Fahrenheit to 95 degrees Fahrenheit).
I have experienced screen issues on my phone and Android work phone at around 40 degrees.
