Download older Logic Pro for 2016 MacBook Pro on macOS Monterey

Hello,

I have a 2016 MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey 12.7.6.

I would like to purchase Logic Pro using my own Apple Account on a newer Mac, since my current MacBook Pro does not support the latest version of Logic Pro.

Before making the purchase, I would like to confirm the following:

1. After purchasing Logic Pro on a newer Mac, will I be able to download an older compatible version (such as Logic Pro 10.7.9) on my 2016 MacBook Pro through the Purchased section of the Mac App Store?
2. Is Logic Pro 10.7.9 still available for download for macOS Monterey users?

I would appreciate your advice before purchasing.
