Magic Mouse is not working even with successful connection

My Magic Mouse is not working. It connects to my Mac, but it doesn't respond even though it's charged to 84%. I tried restarting my Mac and deleting the Bluetooth preference files, but nothing worked.

Hi there

Please try this to see if you can fix the issue

Turn off the Magic Mouse using the physical switch on the bottom (green should no longer show).
Connect the mouse directly to your Mac with its Lightning or USB cable.
Turn the power switch back on (green indicator visible).
Leave it plugged in for 60 seconds to allow macOS to re-register the physical input channel, then unplug it.

2. Forget and Re-Pair the Device

Open System Settings > Bluetooth on your Mac.
Hover over your Magic Mouse in the device list, click the Info (i) button or the X icon, and select Forget This Device.
Turn the mouse off and back on.
Wait a few moments for it to appear under nearby devices, then click Connect.

Still not working. I am so confused; connection work, charging is 85% but scroll and click is not working at all.
