How to select multiple clips at once without dragging?

How do I select multiple clips at once without dragging each time? I have one clip with game footage (video and audio) and a second clip with only my commentary audio. I would like to link them so I don't have to drag-select both clips every time I edit (it's 2 hours long). Compound Clips don't work because I want to see both clips' audio waveforms while I edit, and compound clips would just combine them. Ideally, I would like to link them so I can select one clip and have both selected automatically... that would make editing faster and smoother.

All "connected clips" will move together when you move the storyline clip they are connected to.

You can change where clips connect to the storyline so that you can attach them to specific clips (that is, IF they overlap). This is useful if you need to connect a secondary clip to a different storyline clip.

Select a place in the audio clip where you want it to connect to the storyline clip, then Command-Option Click the point in the secondary clip where you want the connection point moved to.

Anything connected to your storyline clip will move with that storyline clip to wherever you want to place it (but it has to be placed back in the storyline.)
