My Ipad was updating and locked up mid update. I have tried the restore and update in the Apple Devices. I now get "unknown error (1109).06B4.0000 and it stops. I have done this 4 times. same result.

Follow all steps here If you see Error 3194, Error 1109, or other network connectivity errors when restoring your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
