Difficulty updating iMove for Sequoia OS on iMAC

My 2020 iMAC has been updated to Sequoia and now iMovie needs to be updated. But the App store says I have to update the OS to Tahoe before updating iMovie. It's not giving me an option to update iMovie to 10.4.3 or 10.4.3, only 10.4.5. It is so frustrating. I don't need to update to Tahoe otherwise. What to do? There must be a way to have an option, surely.
